Wonderlab Bloomington hosted a Summer Science Institute for grades 8-12 science teachers. The institute ran from Tuesday, June 13 - Thursday, June 15. This Institute was presented in partnership with Indiana University and area STEM professionals.
Content of the institute included science process standards, in-depth science content presented by IU faculty from Biology, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, and Learning Sciences Departments. Featuring classroom-ready hands-on activity ideas and materials, they studied activity modules on design and prototyping, climate science, and evolutionary biology.
